BookMyShow blocks ratings for another Telugu film, bringing tally of affected films to at least 15
Since December 2025, BookMyShow has disabled ratings and reviews for at least 15 films following court orders. The latest is Telugu film Aadarsha Kutumbam House No: 47, released October 30, 2026. Users can still mark films as interested, but the ratings page displays a templated notice citing the court order. The trend spans multiple languages—Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi—and raises questions about how courts shape content moderation on ticketing platforms.
