Terms of sale for reports

What you are buying

A licence to use a research report supplied as a PDF file. You do not buy the copyright. The report stays the property of Blitz Learning Technologies Pvt. Ltd..

Licences

A single-user licence covers one named person. A team licence covers up to 10 named people in the same organisation. Enterprise or site licences are agreed in writing. Use is for your own internal business purposes.

What you may not do

You may not resell, republish, post online, or share the report outside the licensed people. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit to the report and its publisher. Each delivered PDF carries the licensee's name and email on every page.

Ordering and payment

Sending a request is not a purchase. We reply with an invoice in US dollars and payment instructions. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where they apply. You are responsible for your own bank charges. The report is released once payment is received.

Delivery

After payment we email a personal download link. The link expires after a limited time and allows a limited number of downloads. If it stops working, contact us and we will issue a new one.

Refunds

Because a report is a digital file that cannot be returned, we do not refund a report once the download link has been delivered, unless the file is faulty or not as described. In that case we will replace it or refund you. This does not affect rights you have under the law that applies to you.

Accuracy and use

Reports are published for information. They are not investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. We take care with sources and method, but we do not guarantee that a report is free of errors or suitable for a particular decision.

We use the details you send only to answer your request, issue invoices, deliver the report and keep business records. See our privacy policy.
